We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced 3rd Line Network Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of networking concepts and technologies, as well as experience working with Azure, Fortinet, and Ubiquiti. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 3rd-line support to our customers, as well as working on projects to improve our network infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 3rd-line support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving network issues.
- Work on projects to improve our network infrastructure, including designing, implementing, and maintaining network devices.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest networking technologies and trends.
- Document network configurations and procedures.
- Work with other members of the team to provide a high level of customer service.
- Work with the Sales Team/Account Team on presales.
- Attending client sites when needed for projects and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in network support.
- Experience working with Azure, Fortinet, and Ubiquiti.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
