Lead Business Functional Analyst is required to join a large Investment Bank based in London. You will be part of the Operations team who manages the Digital Transformation Portfolio, cost reduction and processing efficiencies through digital automation, core technology, and process engineering within the IB (Investment Bank) and Cross Product Operations groups.

As a Lead Business Functional Analyst, you will execute and oversee the functional delivery of multiple existing and new automation opportunities for Investment Banking and Cross-Product Operations, reporting to the Program Director. You will manage projects from inception through to delivery acting as the technical liaison between the Business and IT stakeholders. You will also conduct and oversee the technology landscape for Operations automation initiatives. You will also direct a Matrix team to drive planning & Agile delivery across a digital automation portfolio.

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION DELIVERY
Responsibilities:
- Provide functional guidance and technical project management across workflow automation and content digitization workstreams
- Provide functional direction across digital pilots, working with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to prove out capability and progress to the production stage
- Identify, review, and assess use cases with operations and business users, where the application of automation solutions may drive business value
- Develop high-level project/program roadmaps and plans to enable adoption, liaising with internal IT groups where required
- Use Agile methodologies to plan, manage, and deliver across multiple program streams
Experience:
- Hands-on development experience with multiple automation tools (Blue Prism/Power Platform/Automation Anywhere/Camunda/Power Platform, etc.)
- Demonstrable experience in managing complex transformation programs to a successful conclusion, including experience in managing digital transformation projects & programs
- Relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry, preferably prior roles in Technology and/or Operations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
