IT Support Engineer is required by a private members club based in Mayfair London. They are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide 1st Line support to clients and members.
THIS ROLE WILL BE BASED 3 DAYS IN MAYFAIR AND 2 DAYS IN THE City
Job Role Requirements:
- Keeping the service desk updated with changes including new systems being introduced
- Ability to take part in requirement gathering (high level)
- Ability to escalate to the internal team
- Working alongside the service desk when required
- Managing his/her time onsite
- Ability to update and document changes
- Update end users frequently
- Extrovert personality
- Face of IT – Identify key components and applications to ensure the client is operationally working
- Excellent communicator at all levels
- Being part of the project team when required
- Identifying support work and project (out of scope/chargeable work)
- Ability to escalate to 3rd parties when required
- Manage day to day tasks from setting up AV systems to plugging in phones
- Ownership of onsite checks (Daily checks will be supplied)
