Workday Program Specialist is required for a 10-month initial contract to work on a new end-to-end implementation of Workday HCM within a globally recognised organisation and well-known brand based in London. As a Workday Program Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for Workday in the UK and in close collaboration with the HR Project Manager and Divisional HR Leads. You will participate in all phases of the implementation in a Program Management capacity, leading design sessions, data migration activities, configuration, system testing and go-live support.

Experience:
- Excellence knowledge of Workday HCM and previous experience of an end-to-end implementation project.
- Experience in configuring Workday HCM, Absence and Talent modules and Advanced Compensation and
- Knowledge of how business processes and security/permissions are configured in Workday.
- Experience of gathering HR business requirements, running design sessions and configuring business processes into Workday tenant.
- Previous experience of migrating data from other HRIS to Workday.
- Experience in Workday testing, post-go live support as well as user training.
- Experience in Workday Launch is desirable but not required.
- Experience in building integrations between Recruitment and Time-tracking platforms is desirable but not required.
